30-day returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return your Zorelii™ Sunset Lamp in its original condition for a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email supportzorelli@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the lamp in its original packaging and ship it back.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or damaged — in that case, we cover it fully.
Defective or damaged items
If your lamp arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no need to return the faulty unit first.
Non-returnable situations
To be eligible for a refund, the lamp must be in its original condition with all included accessories (USB cable, remote control, instructions).
