Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 20 days, email us at supportzorelli@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
